1. Is my personal information secure on your website?
Yes. Any information you share with Daarzi is kept safe and secure.

2. How do I place an order online?
Once you’ve chosen your products, add them to your cart and click “Checkout.”
The order process is simple:
  1. Sign in or create your Daarzi account.
  2. Fill in your delivery details.
  3. Select your payment method.
  4. Review your order and confirm.
Can I edit my personal information or shipping address?
Yes. If you’ve made a mistake, send us a screenshot or your order ID via WhatsApp at 7240700777 or email us at office@daarzi.in along with your correct details, and we’ll edit it for you. Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship only within India but will soon open for international orders.

What if my order is damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if that happens! If your item arrives damaged, email us with clear images and your order details within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, you can request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery. The product should be unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Do you offer custom fittings?
Currently, Daarzi does not offer custom tailoring. All products are sold in standard sizes as per our size chart.

What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You can try again using a different payment method or contact our support team for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your items before confirming your order.
