Delivery Timeline:

Damaged Product Replacement:
If a product is damaged in transit, a replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Return Pickup Timeline:
For eligible exchanges, reverse pickup and delivery of the new product will be completed within 5–6 days.
